Hi, I’m Audrey, a Registered Clinical Counsellor passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and heal from the inside out. With a background in both the medical and mental health fields, I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy that blends science with heart. I specialize in nervous system regulation, EMDR, ADHD support, and trauma recovery. I have specialized training in trauma-informed therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and other body oriented approaches such as polyvagal theory, Internal family systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
